Display Spaces

The Library is currently not accepting display case reservation requests at this time. The reservation period for display cases for Fall 2026 will re-open two weeks before classes begin for the fall semester on Monday, August 10. At that time, we will review reservation requests on a first-come-first serve basis. This policy allows for all students, including those who are returning after summer break, to have equal opportunity to reserve an exhibit case. We have disabled our exhibit reservation webpage during the summer in support of this policy.

The Library has priority in reserving the cases for displaying information about its collections. When reservations are open, you can check the Case Reservation Calendar to see available dates and available cases.

Displays run from Tuesday through Monday (removed before 5pm on Monday) so there are displays in the cases over the weekend and are as long as two weeks.
