Display Spaces

The Library is currently not accepting exhibit case reservation requests at this time. The reservation period for exhibit cases for Fall 2026 will re-open two weeks before classes begin for the fall semester on Monday, August 10. At that time, we will review reservation requests on a first-come-first serve basis. This policy allows for all students, including those who are returning after summer break, to have equal opportunity to reserve an exhibit case. We have disabled our exhibit reservation webpage during the summer in support of this policy.
