About Library Display Cases
The Library's display cases are a great way to share research, creative work, collections, campus projects, and community stories with visitors.
Before requesting to reserve a case, check the Case Reservation Calendar to view available dates and locations. The Library reserves priority use of the cases for exhibits highlighting Library collections and services, but reservations may be available throughout the Fall and Spring semesters.
Displays are installed on Tuesdays and remain up through Mondays (with take down by 5pm on Monday), allowing visitors to enjoy exhibits throughout the week and weekend. Most displays are up for to two weeks.
Before submitting a reservation request, please review the Library Exhibits Policy (updated August 11, 2025). All exhibits must comply with the policy requirements.
