Display Spaces

Reservations for Fall 2025 exhibit cases (see below) can be made through this online form and are reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The Library has priority in reserving the cases for displaying information about its collections. When reservations are open, you can check the Case Reservation Calendar to see available dates and available cases.

Displays run from Tuesday through Monday (removed before 5pm on Monday) so there are displays in the cases over the weekend and are as long as two weeks.

Please take a moment to read our policy as all exhibits must adhere to the Library Exhibits Policy, updated August 11, 2025.

Please fill out the online form completely. After placing your request, you can expect to receive an email either confirming your reservation or notifying you the requested dates and/or cases are not available.
