Please join the Rou Dalagurr Food Sovereignty Lab & Traditional Ecological Knowledges Institute for the upcoming Klamath/Six Rivers Economic Organizing Gathering with Salmon Returns!

About Salmon Returns

Salmon Returns is a financial intermediary moving values-aligned capital into Indigenous- and community-led work that restores salmon ecosystems, strengthens self-determination, revitalizes local economies, and builds long-term resilience. Our approach is relational: we walk alongside communities who already know what regeneration requires—helping bring steady support at the pace of trust.

Why We’re Gathering in Klamath / Six Rivers

We honor the extraordinary organizing already underway in the Klamath/Six Rivers region. We believe this place can model what an Indigenous-led, intercultural regenerative economy looks like—at a scale the world can learn from. We’re here to share tools and pathways for community-led investment, deepen partnerships, learn from local leadership, and explore what coalition could make possible.

Special Guests

We’ll also be joined by a delegation from the Syilx Okanagan, Ktunaxa, and Secwépemc Nations—leaders in a multi-generational effort to bring salmon home to the Upper Columbia River Basin.
