High School Scholars Program
Cal Poly Humboldt is excited to introduce the High School Scholars (HSS) Program, launching Fall 2025 for local high school, juniors and seniors in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. This program allows high school students to take university courses taught at Cal Poly Humboldt (or online) by Cal Poly Humboldt faculty. By enrolling in available seats in lower-division classes across disciplines, students can earn college credit, explore academic interests, and get a head start on college(lower division courses are numbered in the 100-299 range). The HSS Program promotes early college success, builds academic confidence, and supports a smooth transition to higher education.
