Space Requests
The Academic Year 2025/2026 Space Request Call will open Wednesday, October 1, 2025 and will extend through 5:00 PM Friday, November 14, 2025. USFAC reviews interdivisional space allocations. If the space need can be met within the Division, a space request is not necessary. Please notify space@humboldt.edu with any intradivisional space moves.
- Pre-Submittal Checklist:
- Confer with Dean and/or MBU Lead regarding space need. Deans are encouraged to review space requests prior to submittal. USFAC will request Division review and approval of the space request prior to advancing the request to USFAC.
- Consult with Planning, Design & Construction via Work Request

Note, if you are looking to reserve space on campus, please refer to Conference and Event Services (CES) at https://ces.humboldt.edu/. A space request is not required for room reservations.
