Volunteer Sign-Up

NOTES

1. If the candidate is a faculty volunteer conducting faculty or teaching assignments, please contact APS before requesting a volunteer assignment.
2. Please review the policy and the Volunteer process to confirm that a volunteer is needed for the assignment.
3. It will take a minimum of two weeks to process a person as a volunteer. Some assignments will take longer based on background check requirements.
4. Volunteers must be fully approved prior to beginning their assignment.
5. If the volunteer is under the age of 18, they may participate in Youth Sports Programs under the supervision of an adult with the appropriate background check.

It is your responsibility, as departments, to verify that the volunteers have taken all the assigned courses.  

The volunteer's appropriate administrator can verify this information by logging in to CSU Learn and opening the Manager Dashboard by clicking the "My Team" menu at the top of the window.

Once you have selected the link above and have selected the Course Link, you will be directed to CSU Learn to check your course registration.

• If you have never taken the course, you need to click the "REGISTER" button.  After that the button will change to "START ACTIVITY".  Click this button to start the course.
• If you have taken the course before, it will say "ATTENDED" under the course title AND the last date that you took the course under the Play Course button.
  • If the date that you took the course is more than 4 years old, then you need to take the course again.  Click the "REGISTER AGAIN" button to re-register.  The button will change to "START ACTIVITY".  Click this button to start the course again.
