CSU Virtual Benefits Fair

This event is designed to give you the opportunity to connect directly with health plans, CSU vendors, and your campus benefits office to ask any Open Enrollment–related questions.

Health Plan Rate Changes
All 2026 Open Enrollment changes will be effective January 1, 2027
*Please note: Beginning January 1, 2027, Premiums for most health plans will change.
Humboldt County 2027 Plan Rates
No action is required, if you do not wish to make health plan changes, adding or deleting dependents or do not wish to enroll/re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts for 2027. (Exception: You must re-enroll in any HCRA/DCRA elections).
- Enroll in VSP Premier online VSP Vision Care - use the VSP Employee Enrollment Guide
- To update your beneficiaries, follow the steps in the "To Make an Open Enrollment Change" block below.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) and Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA)
- Must re-enroll each year
- For the plan year 2027 - HCRA participants can contribute a monthly maximum of $283.33 ($3,400 annually). DCRA participants can contribute a monthly maximum of $625.00 ($7,500 annually). However, Highly Compensated Employees (those making $160,000+ annually) can contribute a monthly maximum of $416.66 ($5,000 annually).
To Make an Open Enrollment Change
- Open the myHumboldt portal.
- Click the "Access Open Enrollment" button.
- The Benefits Enrollment page will open.
- Click the "Select" button and follow the instructions.
