Cashier's Office
Who are we?
We handle all things payments for the university. This includes accepting university payments, processing university donations, approving university parking permits, and distributing payroll and financial aid refund checks. Our office is located on the second floor of the Student Business Services (SBS) building with hours of operation for walk-in questions and phone calls Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:00 PM.
Important Financial Dates
Fall Term 2026 | |

| Registered by August 10, 2026 | Fees are due by August 17, 2026 |
| Registered on or after August 11, 2026 | Fees due in 7 days |
| Registered on or after September 8, 2026 | Assessed a $25 Late Registration Fee |
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that all fees are paid by the fee deadline, including submitting any supporting documents. Failure to pay all outstanding tuition and fees by the due date will result in a financial hold on your student account.
