Planning to take classes over the summer?
There are several factors that determine your Financial Aid eligibility. Call or stop by our office to check if you are eligible to receive Summer Aid.
Check Your To-Do List
Visit the Student Center to make sure all financial aid requirements have been met. For instance, to check your admissions status, or for new requirements such as Loan Entrance Counseling or Direct Loan Master Promissory Notes, which may have been posted. You will be notified by email when new requirements are posted.
Notify the Financial Aid Office
If you receive a scholarship or other non-Humboldt educational resources, you must notify the Financial Aid Office by completing and submitting an Action Request Form through the Financial Aid Student Forms portal; previously awarded aid may be adjusted once newly reported resources are coordinated. You may also need to provide the scholarship source with verification of your enrollment, which is available from the Registrar, first floor Student Business Services Bldg.
Satisfactory Academic Progress
Satisfactory Academic Progress is determined after grades are posted if you are a current student. If you are an incoming student, your status will be listed as undetermined because there are no grades to process.

Our office manually reviews each student enrolled to determine eligibility. Each student is notified via email regarding their aid eligibility. Click here for more information.
